According to Ley Orgánica 15/99 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, users' personal data given to efectogolf or its employers, will be incorporated into the personal data files for which efectogolf is responsible.

The aim of this file is to deal with its users, obtain different statistics, study golf market and provide publicity and information by efectogolf or any of its partners accoding to users preferences.

Efectogolf informs its users that any person whose personal data are the object of processing may exercise, free of charge, their rights of challenge, access, rectification and cancellation of their data in the terms provided for by Organic Law 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection.
